We are in 21st century and there is survival of the fittest. Everyone living on earth urges to be top of the food chain. We are all running in a race “race against time”. But we never realize we are all here with a dead line. We never know, suddenly the time of death arrives and we can’t beat that. In Surah ALE-IMRAN verse number 185.
“Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection.”
We are sent to this world by the almighty Allah with a purpose, Allah will judge us all that we complete that purpose or not. But are we fulfilling that purpose? Are we ready to die? Are we ready to answer the questions in our graves? But the strange fact is that answers of all the questions that will be asked by Allah in life after death are already revealed. But still we don’t pay attention. Most of us think that we will not die or will die but not in near future even after seeing accidents on daily basis. It’s time to reschedule our tasks and start practicing Islamic teachings from today. In this article I will tell you three simple things that can buy us a ticket to Heaven.
1. Answer the Call of Allah Five Times A Day
You will be asked for your Namaz in your graves. If you want to answer that question you should start offering prayers. Furthermore there are so many Hadiths and Ayahs directed us to offer prayer and I think every Muslim is well aware of that fact. It’s all about priorities; we regularly go to our jobs but not to the Masjid and we all know job in this world will not help us in the world after that.
2. Decode the Code (Read Quran)
There is so much in Quran. You can find a new thing every day if you concentrate and focus well. Use your smart phones this is a best way to find time for reading Quran. Playing games and watching videos on blasting high speed internet is not the only use of your phones. You can go beyond. There are so many apps you can download to Learn and read Quran by yourself. You can learn recitation with Tajweed on your own, and can break up your tasks by adding selected Surahs in your device. You can read Quran on the move, while travelling, while waiting for someone or any time as we all carry cell phones with us. Just make it a habit you will really feel so well.

3. Be Nice To Others
Being nice and humble to others does not cost us anything but still…. I personally agree that we all have so many tensions and problems. But they will not be sorted out with the aggression. Anger is Haram in Islam but unfortunately common practice in our daily life. Kindness can lead to the solution of every problem, just give it a try. Be good with your family, co workers, sub ordinates and even with beggars. You will see the results in moments. In addition Allah will reward you with His blessings to you in this world and here after. Here is a Hadiths from Sahih-Bukhari proving the same.
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 8.61 Narrated by Masruq
We were sitting with 'Abdullah bin 'Amr who was narrating to us (Hadith). He said that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: 'The best among you are the best in character (having good manners).' "
Conclusion
Islam is the religion of care, love and peace. If you offer your prayers regularly, recite Quran, and care for others you will surely get benefits in both worlds. Islam is not difficult to practice all you need is will. It’s never too late. Turn to Allah Before You Return to Allah.
